Welcome to our website. The Nassau County Firefighters Pipe and Drums Band is made up of a talented group of firefighters along with friends and family of the fire service. We've all come together for the love of the Irish and Scottish heritage, music and to support the Nassau County Fire Service. We have a standard repertoire of music but are always learning new tunes in an effort to keep the band moving in a positive direction. .

Every year in February we hold our annual Fundraiser Event which showcases our Band and the premiere Celtic rock band Finns Fury to put on a spectacular performance. If you have an interest to learn the pipes or drums contact us and find out how to become part of this great group of musicians.

I would especially like to thank our Pipe Instructor Edward Cameron, our Drum Instructors Scott Skrynecki (snare) and Dan Hamilton (Bass) for the time and effort that they put forth teaching us and ensuring we play to our very best. Also, a special thanks to the East Meadow, Point Lookout/Lido, Westbury and Mineola Fire Departments who have opened their doors to us for practice locations in the past and I'm sure will continue to do so in the future.
