Pipe Major

Thanks for visiting our site. My name is Bobby Hughes and I'm proud to be the Pipe Major of the Nassau County Firefighter's Pipes & Drums. I'd like to say thank you to the East Meadow Fire Department, the New York Shields and the Indianapolis Firefighter's Emerald Society Pipes & Drums for their friendship and support over the years.

Our band is a non-competitive "street band". We stay extremely busy throughout the month of March playing in parades on Long Island, the Bronx, and Savannah Georgia. From May through September we're busy parading all over Long Island in various fire department parades, Check out the "Calendar" link for our schedule.

We are available for hire for all occasions.
