My name is Robert Salvesen I am currently the president.  It is a pleasure to be part of such a fine band as the Nassau County Firefighters Pipes and Drums.

Thank you for coming by and viewing the web site of the Nassau County Firefighters Pipes and Drums. We have been very lucky as a band to have many accomplished players who enjoy playing and marching in the parades. Today the band has a roster of close to 40 members. This is a tribute to everyone’s hard work and commitment. As we look forward we see an uphill road with a couple of bumps but as long as we keep having FUN this band will be around for a long, long time and will continue to please many crowds with our music.
